Our reseach department has qualitative and quantitative studies of different privacy issues and legal responsibilities of the businesses connected with the collection, management and disposal of personal information, such as: collecting information updating information obtaining consent for collection of information explaining how the information will be used ensuring proper storage of the information managing and limiting the access to personal information inside of the organization ensuring the information is retained for the required length of time destruction of the collected information and our consulting know-how is based on the findings of these studies. Our recent international comparative research project on decent work are the fundament of our employment legislation’ consulting activities against the dark side of the globalization and technological innovation which, slipping out of control, can open doors for old world problems of the fundamental human right of work. Being a changes barometer, we always address the “to come” problems. We are proud with our comprehensive 10-years law data base cases secondary research on the court implementation of the legislation about freedom limitations for mental disorders as danger for self or the others and on this basis we are very competent legal consultancy on this subject. We have on-going international comparative research project on human rights in 3 jurisdictions based on the secondary analysis of low level courts’ decisions (representative sample from the law databases) as basis of our new consulting activity in the near future. Our Political Science research is connected with Local Administration and Local Public Services. With these surveys we give to local citizens the opportunity to evaluate on a monthly basis their local public servants’ efforts and results and to have a regular voice about the received value for their money.
